Quality Inspectors on 2nd shift: Shift premium to be applied. Tasks:
- * Execute the quality system activities to prevent quality deviations
- * Zero tolerance for defectsAnalysis and troubleshooting in support of efforts to reduce non-conformances
- * Collect and record required process data into databases.
- * Support and guide the organization and coordination of inspection and sorting activities.
- * Support the decision on the usability of damaged materials.
- * Monitor and audit operator performance to our rules and standards
- * Perform process/product audits & work with team on preventive actions
- * Support teams in corrective/preventive actions
- * Coordinate collection of the quality related costs data
- * Assist in disposition of non-conforming materials in SQM quarantine area
- * Contribute to development and maintenance of reports tracking our KPI's (key process indicators)
- * Management and escalation of blocked/suspect stock to ensure timely action closure
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of manufacturing or technical quality experience
- Good spoken and written English
- Great problem solving and communication skills
- Confident user of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Teams)
- 2 years in Electronics Manufacturing
- Experience running calibrations or in calibration lab
- Prefer experience with mechanical/electrical drawings & various measurement and inspection systems. (GD&T)
